Engineered wood floor, other jobs (HA4)
Description: - Replacing carpet with engineered wooden floor, around 30m2
- Replacing skirting board after laying wooden floor, around 60m
- Retiling bathroom and toilet floor around 5m2, walls around 17m2
- Refitting entire bathroom suite, towel radiator rail and extraction fan
- Removing kitchen wall tiles and replace with upstand and splashback
- Replacing kitchen worktop with solid wood worktop
- Replacing ceramic sink with belfast sink
- Source and install 2 kitchen units to match current units
- Removing kitchen doorframe and installing small breakfast bar
- Repointing of gas and water mains
- Repointing some electricity fixtures
- Fitting catflap in double glazed french door
I will be sourcing majority of materials myself (engineered wood floor, worktop, splashback, upstand, tiles, bathroom suite).
Some help will be needed to source remaining materials (matching kitchen units, MDF skirting and other raw materials).
Work can start immediately with the aim to move in last weekend of May.

Description: I'm looking for a carpenter to hang a new bathroom door. The existing door has been removed and a new door purchased from. A lock and handle will also be required to be fitted. The new door is the correct width however the height will have to be trimmed to fit.
